Frock Shop is the creation of native Charlottean, Carolina Cook-Frers. It offers up a selection of designer as well as re-sale vintage clothing and is housed inside MoNA at the corner of Central and Hawthorne. She travels around hand picking each piece for her boutique and re-purposes some with a bit more of a contemporary spin under her own line, Frock Shop Revival.
